I bought the GOTY version on Steam a couple years ago. Recently the Deluxe version went on sale, so I wanted to complete my Oblivion experience by snagging the missing DLC. When I visited the store page, Steam warned me that the Deluxe version was already in my library. But the DLC content was missing from my game's data files on a fresh install.
And this means all the DLCs from the Oblivion Deluxe Edition as well, which are not included in the normal GOTY edition on the discs. The disc versions of all games except Skyrim can be played without Steam though. None of these small DLCs are really essential, but some are nice to have. DCC74.
Yes except for Fall of the Space Core. Snifflebeard • 4 yr. ago. Depends on how you differentiate between a mod and a DLC. FotSC may have been created by Bethesda/Valve, but it was distributed through regular mod channels, not through the Steam or Bethesda store. I thus count it as a mod.
