You basically can't control how they use the trailer. (you can set it to private of course, so they don't use it at all) I usually have not more than 3 in a garage with 5 drivers. The way they use it is more or less random, but when a trailer is available they very often pick it. They also sometimes leave it in the garage and another driver
Negative Income. I just got my fourth garage (17 drivers total) and suddenly multiple drivers are reporting negative income on their routes. Personally I think the economy in this game is pretty broken (eg your hired truck drivers who are using your own trucks earn princely sums while you get the odd $2,000 back in profit) but I go with it
the feeling when you need to get rid of some hired driver, sell some trucks or garages, or to make some expensive bank loans to save the economy in the company is missing. i know this is more a sim game. but it will get more ppl to play it with a little more management. sorry my english.
